About HCMvar Database

HCMvar is a genetic database for genes associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. This data was compiled manually from a scoping review of literature on reports published exclusively from patients of South Asia. The information on genetic variants, their global minor allele frequencies and pathogenicity scores were sourced from curated databases, to benefit clinicians and scientists who research hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
